WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE ? Please RSVP by June 1st, so we can have an accurate headcount. Any unanswered RSVP’s will be counted as a “No.” Thank you for understanding.
Can I bring a plus one? Due to limited space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. Please note that this invitation is extended to the guest(s) listed only. We appreciate your understanding!
Are children welcome? We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only event to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience for all guests
DO I NEED A PASSPORT TO GO TO MEXICO? Yes, U.S. citizens need a valid passport to travel to Mexico. It’s important to ensure that your passport doesn’t expire within 6 months of your travel dates, as some airlines may deny travel. If you need a new passport, please apply as soon as possible, as processing can take several weeks.

What is the best Airport to fly into? We recommend flying into the Querétaro Airport (QRO). Upon arrival, the city of San Miguel de Allende is about a 1 hour and 15 min drive. Transportation options and details available.
Do you offer a hotel room block? Yes, we have requested a room block at Live Aqua San Miguel de Allende. However, we also encourage for you to explore our recommended hotels and other Airbnb options to find the option that suits your travel style best!
Will transportation Be provided? Transportation options will be provided exclusively for the wedding celebration at TBD pickup and drop-off locations near the Live Aqua and Rosewood hotels.
Is Parking Available at the venue? For our guests driving to San Miguel de Allende, we will provide parking at the Hacienda on the day of the wedding as well as the farewell brunch.
What is the dress code? Dress codes for each event are shared to help you pack. While events at the Hacienda won’t necessarily require comfortable walking shoes, we recommend them for exploring San Miguel de Allende and attending any events held elsewhere. A light jacket or shawl is also suggested for cooler evenings.
Will the Wedding be Outdoors? All wedding events will be held outdoors. Please be sure to review our dress code suggestions to ensure you’re dressed appropriately for the occasion and the weather.
Can I take pictures / videos during the Wedding Ceremony? We are having an unplugged ceremony. Meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will share with you. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!
